The mission of FOD:

· To generate awareness that disabled people should not be pitied but given equal opportunities, which is their right. Providing disabled people the place they deserve is not charity but social responsibility

· To help disabled people become productive and worthy citizens of the society

· To provide disabled fraternity a financially secure and dignified future


The objectives of FOD:

· To enable people with disabilities become self-reliant, productive and independent individuals

· To support, motivate and encourage them to face challenges and become worthy citizens

· To create awareness and make the masses more sensitive about various aspects of different disabilities
